This is for the women and men who want to uncover deeper drivers of chronic conditions such as inflammation, cardiovascular risk and metabolic dysfunction. These labs maybe recommended based on your symptoms, Initial lab results &/or Medical History.
-
Here’s what some of these key tests reveal:
Cardiovascular & Metabolic Health
Apolipoprotein B (ApoB): A powerful marker of heart disease risk, ApoB measures the number of particles that can cause plaque buildup — often more accurate than standard cholesterol tests.
NMR Lipoprofile: Provides a detailed breakdown of your cholesterol particle size and number, giving a clearer picture of your true cardiovascular and metabolic risk.
Adiponectin: A hormone produced by fat cells that reflects how sensitive your body is to insulin. Low levels can indicate metabolic imbalance or early insulin resistance.
Leptin: The hormone that signals fullness and regulates weight. High levels can suggest “leptin resistance,” making it harder to lose weight despite effort.
Oxidized LDL: Measures the “damaged” form of LDL cholesterol that drives inflammation in the arteries — a key factor in heart disease and metabolic dysfunction.
ADMA/SDMA: These markers help assess nitric oxide balance and blood vessel health, giving insight into vascular function and inflammation.
Hormone & Stress Response
IGF-1 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1): Reflects growth hormone activity, which influences muscle tone, energy, metabolism, and healthy aging.
ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic Hormone): Provides insight into how well your adrenal glands and brain communicate to manage stress and cortisol balance.
DUTCH Test: A comprehensive dried urine test that evaluates sex hormones, cortisol patterns, and adrenal function. It’s one of the best tools for understanding hormone balance, fatigue, and sleep patterns.
Inflammation & Immune Health
Interleukin-6 (IL-6): A key inflammation marker that can rise with chronic stress, weight gain, infections, or autoimmune conditions.
Tumor Necrosis Factor-Alpha (TNF-α): Another major inflammation signal that influences metabolism, pain, and immune system activity.
Antinuclear Antibody (ANA): Screens for autoimmune activity — when the immune system mistakenly attacks the body’s own tissues.
Celiac Panel (IgA, DGP, tTG-IgA) – screens for celiac disease and gluten sensitivity
Food Sensitivity Test: Identifies delayed immune reactions to common foods that can cause bloating, fatigue, headaches, and inflammation.
Nutrient & Cellular Balance
Vitamin C: An essential antioxidant that supports immune function, collagen production, and healing.
Selenium: A vital trace mineral for thyroid health, antioxidant protection, and immune support.
Zinc: Critical for immune balance, hormone production, and skin repair.
Copper: Works with zinc to maintain energy, brain health, and connective tissue strength — balance between the two is key.
Cystatin C: A sensitive marker of kidney function that can detect changes earlier than standard creatinine tests.
Urine Iodine: Measures iodine levels essential for healthy thyroid hormone production and metabolism.
Stool Test – Gut & Immune Health Insight
Your gut is the foundation of your overall health.
This test screens for:
Digestive Function – enzyme activity, inflammation, and markers of gut lining health
Pathogens – parasites, viruses, and harmful bacteria that may cause chronic illness
Yeast & Candida – uncovering fungal overgrowth that can disrupt balance
H. pylori – a common infection linked to ulcers, reflux, and stomach issues
Gut Microbiome Balance – measuring good vs. bad bacteria
Immune Markers – calprotectin, secretory IgA, and other indicators of gut-driven inflammation
Leaky Gut (Zonulin) – showing whether your intestinal barrier is compromised
